【Cancellation】
After the test, the test fee is not refundable.
As the test application cannot be withdrawn after the test, the clinic will not refund the test fee even if the applicant requests a refund of the plan fee for some reason or if the applicant has a miscarriage after the test.
The test application cannot be withdrawn even if the initial test is inconclusive.
If the applicant does not wish to be retested or cancels the retest, the clinic will refund 30% of the test fee.
Conditions for handling defective products【In case of inspection failure】
If, after the initial test, it becomes clear that the blood sample is not testable when it is confirmed due to breast cancer or other medical conditions, and subsequent tests are suspended, the test fee of JPY 11,000 will be collected and the difference refunded.
If the specimen is found to be untestable at the time of the first test and a second test is requested, the test fee of JPY 11,000 will also be added to the test fee if the second test is conducted and the specimen is found to be untestable as the first test.
The third and fourth tests will be conducted in the same way, with a blood collection fee of JPY 11,000 per test, and the difference will be refunded according to the number of tests at the stage when the test was interrupted.
