Natural Pro
Hiro Clinic’s Natural Pro is a hair transplant technique that further develops FUE hair transplantation, a typical method of hair transplantation . There are two types of this method: the “Natural Pro Shave Method,” in which the hair is cut short, and the “Natural Pro Non-Shave Method,” in which the hair is not cut. Both methods do not use a scalpel, but instead use a special punch to extract the hair along with the hair follicle, so there is less pain and smaller scars after surgery. Hair roots are taken from the back and sides of the head, where hair thinning is less likely, and transplanted to the thinning areas. In addition, because the hair is the patient’s own, rejection is less likely to occur, it will take root while maintaining its original properties, and there is a possibility that it will continue to grow and fall out throughout the patient’s life. In addition, since the hair grows little by little, the end result is very natural.

Treatment flow
Step 1
Pre-surgery Consultation
Please bring a photo of your family members (father, mother, or relatives with a history of hair loss). Additionally, let us know your desired hairstyle. The required number of hair follicles will vary depending on the area to be transplanted, so it is necessary to carefully consider the range. We will also measure the density of the hair in the donor area.
Step 2
Scheduling the Surgery Date and Blood Collection
On the day of the consultation, you will schedule the actual surgery date. Blood samples will also be collected in advance as part of the pre-surgery procedure.
Step 3
Extraction of Donor Grafts
After applying local anesthesia, a specialized machine with a diameter of approximately 1 millimeter is used to extract hair follicles (grafts) from the back and sides of the head, where hair is less likely to thin.
– **Shaved Method**: The donor and recipient areas are trimmed, leaving about 1 millimeter of hair.
– **Non-Shave Method**: No trimming of the hair is performed.
Step 4
Transplanting the Extracted Grafts
The scars in the donor area will heal naturally and become unnoticeable within about a week.
Precautions before treatment
- Bring a photo of your family member(s).(father, mother, relatives especially those with a history of hair loss)
- Please wash your hair and come to the hospital.

Post-treatment Precautions
Day of Procedure to Day 4
- Washing your hair on the day of the procedure is strictly prohibited. From the evening of the next day, spray your hair with water to wet it, then wash and dry thoroughly using the cool setting on a hair dryer.
- Avoid long baths or using hot water.
- For some time after the procedure, the transplanted grafts may dislodge if rubbed. Avoid using soft or feather pillows, and instead use a firm pillow. If the transplant was done on the crown area, place 2–3 rolled-up towels under your neck or use a neck pillow to sleep.
- Refrain from alcohol consumption after the procedure, avoid exercise until the 4th day, and avoid smoking for 3 weeks.
- Wigs can be used from the 3rd or 4th day after the procedure, as long as the attachments like clips or tape do not touch the transplanted area.
- Helmets can be worn from the 4th day onward, but only if a bandana or towel is wrapped around your head underneath. Make sure the helmet does not shift and rub against the transplanted area.
Day 5 to Day 13 After the Procedure
- From the 5th day after the procedure, light activities such as cycling or walking are allowed. From the 7th day, normal activities such as golf can be resumed, but ensure that the transplanted area is not rubbed.
After Day 14 of the Procedure
Additional Notes
- The transplanted hair will continue to grow for about one week after the procedure, but all transplanted hair will shed once around the 3rd week.
- From 3 to 4 months after the procedure, thin, colorless hair will start to grow.
- Subsequently, thicker and pigmented hair will grow, but it takes approximately 12 months for the final result.
