Menopause

Menopause refers to the 10-year period from 5 years before to 5 years after menopause. During menopause, ovarian function declines, and the secretion of female hormones (estrogen) decreases. This leads to hormonal imbalance, causing various changes in the body such as irregular menstrual cycles and discomfort due to autonomic nervous system disturbances.
