Piercings
We offer piercings for various parts of the body, including earlobes, cartilage, and the body.
Some people do it themselves or go to a piercing shop, but in some cases, the piercing gets infected due to unsanitary handling, and they are left with scars from the piercing procedure. Sometimes, people come to us to have the piercing re-opened because it didn’t go well or the piercing was at the wrong angle.
We perform clean piercings in our clinic. We also use a medical-grade first piercing that is suitable for people with metal allergies. In addition, we will instruct you on how to take care of your piercing and provide you with external medication to take home. If you have any skin problems afterward, please do not hesitate to contact us for aftercare.
For body piercing, topical anesthesia is used. You will feel a stinging pain at first, but the anesthesia will soon take effect and you will not feel any pain from the procedure.
Treatment by professional doctors
The hole drilling is done by a professional doctor using professional medical instruments to ensure the best results. A clean operation prevents germs from entering and infecting the area. For those who are worried about pain, we also offer various types of partial anesthesia, so feel free to consult us.
Full range of aftercare to support all your needs
If a problem should occur after piercing, in most cases, we can treat the hole without blocking it. If an inflamed hole is left untreated, it can lead to metal allergies and infections.

Frequently Asked Questions (About Cosmetology)
Can I have the piercing done with the earrings of my choice?
The purpose of the first piercing is to create a secure piercing hole while avoiding skin problems. We offer a variety of types of first piercings so that you can wear your first piercing with style. If you have your own piercing and it is of the correct material and shape, we can use it for your first piercing. However, we recommend that you use your first piercing for the first two weeks to a month.
I am allergic to metal, is this okay?
We use medical grade pure titanium first piercing, which is the least likely to cause metal allergies. Even after the first piercing is in place, some patients continue to use them because they are designed to be fashionable. If you want to buy a second piercing yourself, we recommend that you choose one made of pure titanium, not titanium coated.
Can I have a hole pierced in the cartilage area?
It is possible. Our professional doctors are fully equipped with specialized medical equipment to ensure that the procedure is done properly.
Can I get my cartilage and tragus pierced with a needle?
In our clinic, we use a piercer that can insert a piercing while piercing a hole. This is because it is less painful and cleaner.
The piercing I had five years ago has become inflamed and I have developed a lump. I would like to have the lump removed and the hole re-pierced.
For symptoms of piercing lumps, please visit the Dermatology Department on the 3rd floor. We have an operating room where we can remove the lump if it is removable. If you wish to have the piercing done again, we will need to check your symptoms. If it is possible, piercing can be done at the 4th floor cosmetic department.
I want to have my cartilage pierced. Do I have to have anesthesia for cartilage piercing? I would like to have anesthesia if possible. Also, what do you use to pierce the cartilage?
Cartilage piercing, like earlobe piercing, is done with a piercer and the piercing is done at the same time. This means that there is no need to inject anesthesia, as the pain will be less than that of the injection itself. In most cases, there is no particular problem without anesthesia, but if you wish to have anesthesia, it is possible. (Anesthesia fee of 5,250 yen will be charged separately.)
I would like to request a body piercing, but can you pierce my Madison (collarbone)?
Body piercing can be done at your desired location. The fee is 10,500 yen including anesthesia and piercing. For minors, a written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
I had my belly button pierced two years ago. Can I have it pierced again?
It depends on the condition of the scar or lump, but even if the scar is still there, it can be repierced by shifting it. We will be able to provide you with more detailed information if you visit our clinic to see the actual condition of your skin.
I would like to have a hip piercing. I would like it to be a banana barbell, not in the middle of my hip, but a little off to the side, is that possible? I know I’m supposed to buy a piercing before I go to the clinic, but does that mean I should have one that is 14g and long? Also, I don’t seem to need any disinfectant, but can you prescribe it if I want? Also, is there anything else I should be aware of with a hip piercing?
Body piercing can be done at any position you wish.
We do have a banana barbell type body first piercing, but since it is most often used as a belly button piercing, we only have one side with a larger ball.
If you prefer the same size ball on both sides, you can purchase the first piercing yourself and bring it with you.
It is possible to get a 14G piercing if it is about the length of a belly button piercing. Titanium is the recommended material for the first piercing. Disinfection is of course done here before piercing, and anesthesia is applied before the procedure.
After that, we will give you a more effective antibiotic ointment to prevent the wound from festering, so please apply that to the wound.
The lumbar piercing is a place that is easily rubbed when changing clothes, or compressed when sleeping. There is no specific sleeping style, but it is important to avoid strong impact, stimulation, or pressure.
For the first month and a half, you will be asked to keep it on without removing it, so please be extra careful during that time. Also, for the first three days, please take a light shower instead of taking a hot bath.
