We are pleased to announce the launch of our unique “Premium Thermal”, which provides total care from shallow to deep layers of the skin with the double action of 3-layer HIFU (ultrasound) and high-frequency waves. Our clinic has long used high-frequency therapy, laser therapy, thread therapy, and hyaluronic acid injections as an approach to sagging skin, and has proposed tailor-made treatments to suit each patient’s concerns and wishes by taking advantage of the advantages of each. In recent years, HIFU treatment, which can approach deeper into the skin, has been attracting attention and gaining recognition.

Initially, HIFU was a painful treatment, with risks such as redness, swelling, burns, and nerve damage, and was performed by advanced cosmetic patients in search of higher results. As a result of repeated verification of the effectiveness and risks, our clinic had temporarily decided not to introduce the procedure until a safer and more effective model and treatment method were established.

The reason for this was that the Thermacool treatment we had been offering for some time was so good that we thought we would wait until a treatment method that we thought would surpass it was developed. We continued to study the safety of the treatment and finally succeeded in developing a treatment method that we can safely recommend to many patients.

In our Premium Thermal Treatment, HIFU is applied to three layers of the skin, from the shallow skin layer to the fascial layer, and thermal fractional RF is applied as a finishing touch. A total of four different approaches are used for total skin tightening. In addition to wrinkles and sagging of the face, it is also highly effective for acne and acne scars, breast enhancement, wrinkles and sagging of the neck, and hip enhancement.

What is HIFU?

HIFU is an abbreviation of the official name High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, which is an abbreviation of “High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Therapy”. It is similar to the principle of focusing sunlight with a magnifying glass to one point and generating high temperatures.

What is high frequency?

Collagen fibers support the skin and provide elasticity and flexibility. The heat of radio frequency energy causes collagen fibers to contract, resulting in an immediate tightening effect. This is the same principle as when meat or fish is burned and tightened by applying heat. The effect can be felt immediately after treatment.

Long-term collagen production during wound healing

Humans have the ability to heal wounds by themselves. This natural ability is maximized and used to improve the skin. Collagen, which was once stimulated and denatured by thermal energy, is actively increased in the process of being replaced. Collagen, which gives skin firmness, increases more than before treatment, tightening sagging skin and giving the skin a youthful appearance with firmness and elasticity. This effect is said to continue for about 4 to 12 weeks, which is a long-term effect.

  Counseling

  Discuss areas of concern, expected outcomes, treatment methods, and potential risks in detail.

  Cleansing

  Thoroughly cleanse makeup and sebum. Remove any metal accessories you are wearing.

  HIFU Application

  You may feel a slight tingling sensation deep in the skin during the procedure.
  While the manufacturer recommends treatments without surface anesthesia to avoid the risk of burns from overexposure, anesthesia can be provided upon request. Even then, the intensity will be carefully adjusted to maintain safety.
  The depth and intensity are customized based on the symptoms and treatment area. The application and intensity are adjusted during the procedure based on pain levels and lifting effects.

  Thermal Fractional RF Application

  To enhance both immediacy and longevity, RF is applied after HIFU. The combination of treatments stimulates collagen and elastin production more effectively.
  You might feel a slight tingling sensation during the procedure.
  Areas with thin skin or near bones may feel hotter or more painful. Please inform us if you feel discomfort during the treatment.

  Completion, Skincare, and Makeup

  After the procedure, we provide gentle skincare products. If you wish to apply makeup, you may do so immediately. Avoid rubbing the skin harshly and apply it gently.
  Following treatment, you may experience warmth in the skin, redness, or mild swelling. These effects typically subside within 2–3 days to a week at most. To prevent swelling, avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol on the day of treatment. Additionally, avoid harsh rubbing and ensure adequate sun protection.
